    Your team. Our team only when you ask for setup help. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • Is it a black box?

    No. Every value is cited to its page. Conflicts show side by side.

  • What if a value is wrong?

    Open the source page and edit the value in place. The journal logs the change.

  • Who makes the call?

    Your team. The journal logs each decision and who made it.

  • What happens to a file sent to try@?

    You get a read-only submission link open for 7 days. Up to 3 a day, no account.

    The file is used only for your reply. The link closes after 7 days.

  • Can it run apart from other companies?

    Yes. Enterprise gets a dedicated instance in our cloud. On-premises installation is possible.

  • Do we replace our systems?

    No. Your core system stays. oyyo works beside it. Your rating logic stays yours.

  • Do you train AI on our files?

    No. We never use your data to train public AI models.

  • Where is our data stored?

    In our Microsoft Azure cloud, kept apart for each company. Enterprise can run on a dedicated instance or on-premises.

  • How long do you keep files?

    For as long as you subscribe. After account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
