Terms of Service

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and oyyo, Co., a Delaware corporation. In them, “we” means oyyo, Co. They cover the oyyo service and this website.

By using oyyo, you agree to these terms. If you use oyyo for a company, you agree for that company. If you have a signed agreement with us, it controls where it differs from these terms.

The service

oyyo is an AI Submission Assistant for agents and brokers. It is also an AI Underwriting Assistant for MGAs and carriers. It reads your files and cites each value to its page. It drafts asks, quotes and proposals.

Drafts wait for your Send. Nothing goes out until a person presses Send. You are responsible for what you send.

Your account

Sign up with your work email. Keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at legal@oyyo.ai if you think someone else used it.

Packages and billing

• Packages are billed monthly or yearly. Prices are on our pricing page.
• Yearly billing: you pay for 10 months and get 12.
• Each package comes with credits and seats. A submission uses credits by its size.
• You can add credit blocks. Nothing is added without your approval. A block is billed monthly until you remove it.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The service runs to the end of the paid period.
• Fees are not refundable.
• Enterprise prices and terms are set in your agreement.

Invite codes

An invite code adds credit from $1,000. The credit has no cash value. It may expire. Packages and seats come with a card.

Trying oyyo by email

You can email a file to try@in.oyyo.ai without an account. You can send up to 3 a day. You get a read-only link, open for 7 days. Send only files you are allowed to share.

Text messages (SMS)

oyyo sends text messages about insurance cases. They go out for the agency, MGA or carrier that uses oyyo.

• Who gets texts: staff who verify their own number in oyyo, and clients who agreed to texts.
• How clients agree: they text a join code from their broker. Or they give the broker consent, and reply to the code the broker sends.
• Nothing more is sent until the client replies with the join code.
• What we send: questions about an application, document requests, reminders a broker asks for, and replies. No marketing.
• Reminders go out only between 8am and 8pm in your time zone.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email help@oyyo.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy covers your mobile number and consent.

Fair use

Do not use oyyo to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• upload files you have no right to share;
• reach data that is not yours;
• disrupt, overload or probe the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service;
• send spam or harmful code.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it to provide the service to you. We never use your data to train public AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Our service

We own oyyo, including its software and models. These terms give you the right to use it. They do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it.

AI output

AI can be wrong. Check each value and draft before you use it. oyyo cites its sources so you can. oyyo does not give insurance, legal or other professional advice. Underwriting, placement and binding decisions stay with your people.

Availability

We work to keep oyyo available. We do not promise it will run without interruption or errors. Enterprise service levels are set in your agreement.

Ending use

You can stop using oyyo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. We may also do so to protect the service or other people. After an account is deleted, we delete its data within 30 days.

Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, oyyo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties. These include merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. We are not liable for lost profits, business or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, with a new date. We will email you before material changes take effect. If you keep using oyyo after that, the new terms apply.
